2-3-17 Drover comes into rescue due to growling/nipping/biting.

Drover is 16 months old and has some fears. We will work on confidence building, and he is seeming very receptive to doing the right thing.

His vetting is done, so we will continue to work with him and evaluate what kind of home he would be best placed into.
