9-20-14 Flannery, meaning russet hair, comes into rescue from an IN shelter. She was an owner surrender, due to the shelter she was adopted from not taking her back. She was too much energy for the resident dog. Her paperwork ages her at 2 years old, friendly, and full of energy. She does okay with other dogs, after she finds out if they are going to do something to her. At the shelter, she did fence fight. It says she barks when left alone, which we will address, if it shows up here.
Flannery has been in and out of multiple homes and multiple shelters. In February 2014 she was adopted from the SPCA, yet the SPCA would not take her back, so she ended up at another shelter.
