1-17-15 Slate has a pending adoption, after meeting his new family at PetSmart today.(I was very proud of Slate today, he has grown to be a nice mannered boy, in public.)

8-14-14 Blue "Slate" comes into rescue as an owner surrender from KY. He is 11 months old, and this was a surrender from his 3rd home. The last owner took him in for 3 weeks, and found that the lack of manners (mouthing and barking) were more than what his large family could handle. He was allowed to "be free" for 10 hour work days, and while he did not run away, he did not have the structure that a pup needed. (In my opinion)
