9-5-18 Shelter Transfer

Poco Chica comes into rescue as a shelter transfer, due to her being bounced from another rescue to the county shelter to here. All that seemed to do is literally made her into a mexican jumping bean. She bounces in her crate and bumps her head but still keeps doing it. Chica is very sweet, as you can see. She is around 4 years old, and has a horrible hair coat. (The shelter called her Chica and we added the Poco because she is little at around 25 pounds.)
