4-24-18 Owner Surrender

Lulu comes into rescue as an owner surrender due to Lulu not coming when called, so she runs across the road, and this is not safe.

Lulu is a petite girl at about 32 pounds and wants to please. We figure that Lulu is hearing impaired by observing her actions and reactions. She is a very sweet girl, yet she is afraid of being in trouble. She LOVES other dogs, if they are not too rowdy. She is around 1.5 years old.
