6-1-13 Lyric has a pending adoption with a deposit. 6-8-13 Lyric goes to her forever home.
New to rescue on 3-23-13 from a Southern Ohio shelter. Lyric is 23# and around 4.5 - 5 months of age, she still has her baby canine's. She introduced nicely to our current foster group and human family. We will get her vetting scheduled during her 2-3 week evaluation. At this point we are seeing a very outgoing pup who needs to learn manners with both humans and canines. She will start crate training, house training, & leash manners. Please check back for more updates as we get to know Lyric better. Lyric will need an adopter with prior ACD puppy experience.
UPDATE 4-5-13: Lyric has been in foster care for 2 weeks now. She is very dog social, plays ACD style with her foster friends, & likes to play fetch with her humans. She is crate trained, does well on a leash and is improving with her manners. Her adult K-9's are entering so she is around 5.5 months of age. She has been working on her traveling & social skills by going to work with her foster Mom. Lyric is ready to meet an approved applicant with prior ACD experience & can go to her forever home after April 19th.
