11-14-17 Huckleberry comes into rescue from a shelter where he was picked up, running at large.
Huckleberry was on the rescues radar, yet the owner had not surrendered him here. The owner told the shelter that he was "our" dog and that the "rescue" was responsible for his opening the window, and running at large. The shelter was not buying it.
