Frosty Balboa has a pending adoption 9-3-16

8-9-16 Frosty comes into rescue as a 7 month old, un- neutered male pup, as a shelter transfer. He was owner surrendered to the other shelter due to "herding" the kids.

Frosty is a very light blue color, very handsome, and unique color. Frosty is doing well here, and seems very eager to please. He did some meet and greets at TSC and was a good boy.
