Lucy has a pending adoption 4-24-16
4-10-16 Lucy comes into rescue as an owner surrender, after getting a puppy from a less than desirable situation. Meeting in a parking lot and not able to see the parents and saying the pup was born with no tail etc should have been warnings. Lucy has what looks to be some muscle weakness in her hind end. Supposedly they had her hind quarters x-rayed and all is fine, and they are saying that her lack of exercise has made her weak. We shall see! The owner is moving into a trailer park, and now realizes that the pup is too much for her.
