12-15-15 Lloyd, an 8 month old Blue Heeler male pup comes into rescue, as an owner surrender. Grandparents had the dog "left" with them, and they did not want the pup. They had the dog for about 2 weeks, then came to the conclusion that the owner was not coming back for him. The pup is friendly enough, yet lacks manners, in all areas.

He is on the thin side, and has had no vetting done prior to coming into rescue. On 12-17-15 he has a vet appointment.
