11-6-15 Fantom (not his real name) comes into rescue as a good owner surrender, with a long story.

Sparks is 1.5 years old, on the smaller side, and can be a bit shy at first meeting. Yet, he does still have the puppy side to him as well. He is settling in well, and is getting back to the boy we know and love.
