3-3-15 Deposit Returned. No fault of Gladys, just no checking in. Gladys is available.

12-23-14 Gladys had a meet and greet. The meeting went well, yet there was concern about the bladder stone results and whether their special needs son would do well with Gladys. We opted to have them to talk about it, and if they decide to go forward to put a deposit on her, which we received 1-3-15.

12-18-14 Gladys had surgery to remove a Quarter sized bladder stone, which was discovered after her spay surgery. She kept spotting after her spay surgery, and we were waiting to see if it was because she might have been in heat recently. It's a good thing that we followed up on instinct that something was wrong. The stone was sent to MN for analysis and why it happened and what to do to prevent future recurrence.

11-5-14 Gladys comes into rescue, from a Mid Michigan Shelter. A couple of weeks ago, I received a phone call about a stray that showed up a couples home, in heat. They took her to the shelter to be scanned, and decided that they could not keep her for the two weeks that the shelter said she would have to wait for an owner to show up. The shelter called and said that she was being a good girl, but they were full, and there was no interest in her. When I met her at the shelter, I met a very friendly girl, who was in the back of the building.

11-6-14 She has been spayed, and she will take the next week to recuperate. She is VERY interested in cats, when she is walking by them on leash. Yet, we need to evaluate her in these next few weeks. She appears to be around 3-4 years old. One canine tooth is very clean and white, yet the other canine tooth is discolored. While she is on "resting" time she has bones / cow hoof to chew on, to help the teeth.
