3-1-12 Carra'Lei comes into rescue from an OH shelter. We had requested that she come into rescue with us, when we were originally contacted. Yet, the shelter let her go with a "supposed" adopter which we found out later was not quite true. So she was subjected to needless worry and stress on her part due to this interference. She was already owner surrendered to ACD Rescue in 24 hours.
