12-5-09 Carlotta and Chiquita come into rescue as owner surrenders to a shelter. They were named as "miniature heelers". (No, this is not a true breed) Carlotta weighs about 20 pounds and has a docked tail. We are guessing their age at around 6 months. By the size of their feet, they are going to be very small girls as adults.
