Sebastian Adopted 9-9-08

Sebastian is new to rescue on 6-9-08 from OH with his brother Levi. They were owner surrenders and have lived their entire lives of 6-8 months in a kennel. The owners stated they were in the kennel 23 hours a day. Well it shows, neither one knows what a collar, leash, or being petted is. Sebastian does eat if I'm not watching and will not accept treats from my hand. If I place a treat on the floor and walk away he'll eat them then. Sebastian is coming around slower than Levi but we do see some progress in him. He had all his vetting done on 6-3-08 but will not be ready for adoption until he can show us he is ready to live life as a normal puppy in a family. Sebastian has a very long, slow road ahead of him but he is worth every minute. No dog deserves to waste away in a kennel.
